Experiencing Pain In The Large Intestine

well i been having pain in my large intestine and it is hard for me to urinate and do #2. i feels like they are burning and getting hard on the left side "and it's not muscle. i have never been constipated i my life and i have to exlax think i was and still have the same problem. i have been very gasy etc

Hi,

The symptoms you have of intestinal symptoms may be due to colic if it is the left side pain then it possibility of appendicitis need to be ruled out along with that it may be due to stone also situated in left ureter, all of these may need investigation just to rule out the underlying possibilities of pain till then Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen can be tried as per needed.

Beside this, symptoms could be due to dyspepsia and it may be due to hyperacidity on tentative basis. It can be managed with Tab Omeprazole and Tab Domperidone.
