Experiencing Pain And Numbness In Hands
whenever I sleep my arms and hands go to sleep no matter what position I am in. When I wake up my arms wake up and feel ok but my hands ache terribly and our very stiff all day. I thought it was from sleeping on them or sleeping in a certain position but it happens even if I take a short nap on the couch.
