Experiencing Flu Like Symptoms, Severe Back Pain, Light Headedness, Fatigue, Period Like Cramps. Symptoms Reason?

Over the past two weeks, I have been experiencing flu like symptoms. I have been to the doctor twice, each time they sent me home insisting that it was only seasonal allergies. In the past few days, I have experienced pretty severe back pain, light headedness, fatigue, etc. I am now spotting, which has never happened before(although I am sixteen) and I am experiencing period like cramps, and feel very feverish. It is impossible that I am pregnant... What could it be?

Hi, it appears to be due to the urinary tract infection, may be associated with the cold. So i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe fluconazole, cifixime, antiallergic cough syrup, and pain killers when ever there is necisity.
Thank you.
