Exercising regularly, want to reduce belly fat. Suggest a diet plan and work out tips?

Hi, Hope you are doing good. I have one query. I am working out regularly from past 7 months. I reduced a bit. I want reduce my belly fat and want to get some decent muscles around arms and shoulders. I also wanted to get some abs later on. I just don t want to use supplements . Can you please suggest me on diet plan and work out tips? I am 27 yo and 5 10 tall 160 lbs. belly fat is my major concern. Thank you

- Physical exercise
- Yoga & Pranayama
- Low fat diet
- Make a habit with diet with additional Protein from plant source can be used.
- Avoid Carbs.
- Use antioxidant, Phytonutrients, Essential fatty acid etc.
- Drink 5-6 liter of water per day
- Don't be always count in calories but be steadily and keep it in habit.
- Your BMI should be within 20-22
