Evidence of mild parenchymal infiltrates is noted in the left basal paracardiac region. Rest of the lung fields are clear.
Central and normal mediastinal structures.
Costophrenic angles and diaphragmatic contours are clear.
Normal cardiac size and configuration.
Both hila are normal.
Impression: Mild left basal pneumonitis for follow up after treatment.
