Hi, I am 27 year old guy. I will not be able to see any porn videos for single minute suddenly my pennis starts becoming big and semes come out within fraction of seconds (not sure whether this is ejaculation). After ejaculation, i feel very tired and weak. However, my friends can see any porn videos for long time and I am worried I am not. Can you please tell me what's problem with me.

Hi ! This is a common phenomena not be worried about. The fluid which comes out from your penis may not be semen, but could only be a pre ejaculation fluid which may occur at the site of any sexually erotic scene. Feeling tiredness after ejaculation is also normal, and it is more of a psychological origin than an actual physical one. I would advise you not to become anxious about it and treat this as normal phenomena. Once your anxiety is over, then your problem will also get relieved. Wishing you all the best.

You might be experiencing what is known as early erection of your penis followed by an orgasm due to visual stimulation. This is not due to any physical disease or infirmity. You must educate yourself on men's sexual health. You must control your sexual thoughts and make yourself understand that these are only for entertainment and for personal enjoyment. Do not get addicted to porn videos as it may be harmful for your future sexual life.
