Enlarged Sub Mandibular Lymph Node, White Lesion Inside Mouth, Becomes Bigger After Extruding, Earache

I have an enlarged submandibular lymph node on the left side. Inside my mouth there is a white lesion/growth--anterior to the tonsillar wall, that appears and then as it extrudes or becomes bigger, it will slough off. What could this be? lymph node is sore, throat feels raspy but doesn't hurt when I swallow, bit of an earache,

I would come up with these possibilities for this enlarged lymph nodes, these includes.
As this is an enlargement of lymph nodes and these are due to secondary infection i.e. primary infection elsewhere .
1 Peritonsillar abscess may be the primary cause . Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by an E N T specialist. Swab culture from tonsils will find out the reason and nature of infection.
2 Tooth caries ( teeth) may be the next reason. Diagnosis can be confirmed by a dental surgeon check up.
3 Tongue ulcer may be the next possible reason . Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by a surgeon.
The whitish mucus substance is actually a fungus infection secondary to bacterial infection of enlarged lymph nodes.
This enlargement of lymph node is concerning. You need to investigated by a surgeon at once.
