Dull Chest Pain Extending To Left Shoulder, Ear And Skin Infection. Are These Symptoms Linked?

I am 21 years old and have a dull pain in my left chest (not muscle pain or joint pain) and also dull pain in my left elbow and on intermittently this dull pain spreads to my left shoulder, i m scared its a circulatory or heart problem - I have an ear infection at the moment (left ear) and also have a skin infection ( pityriasis rosea ) and a white tongue. Is it possible all of these symptoms are connected? About the chest / shoulder / arm pain its been for the last four days and it come s and go s in severity - i have felt a little dizzy at some points during the day when the ache feels worse . Please can you help me? I need to know if it is serious

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

These issues are all unlikely to be related.
Ear infection is usually bacterial / skin problem is viral / tongue coat may be normal from rapid turn over from wear and tear...
Dizziness is a common consequence of ear infection.

Pain from the heart is in the centre of chest / related to effort / short episodes / constricting and so on. It is simple to exclude and it can be done in a few minutes - EKG and cardiac markers.. / Get them done and get yourself re-assured. It is better to see and be sure than sit and worry.

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
