Hi a few weeks ago I was really ill with a fever...few days later started coming up in a rash...started researching online and my symptoms were very close to pityriasis rosea. A week later due to a busy doctors I seen my gp and straight away corrected me and told me that I had guttate psoriasis. Was told to leave it and that it should calm down.. Another week later I found it was spreading and getting worse...so I went back to the doctors and seen a differentg gp and she gave me a medium strength steroid cream. Also the day after recievingt this I started using a coal tar ointment I ve been using the both now for a week and my rash has improved not scaly or raised anymore but can still see. How am I able to tell if it s guttate or rosea...I ve also been getting a lot of mouth sores under my tongue which is unusual for me. Thanks
