Down With Cold, Having Coughing Attacks With Mucus, Burning In Chest. Signs Of Pneumonia ?

I have been sick for over a week with a cold and now have coughing attacks which cause me to vomit mucus . My chest/lungs feel like they are burning when I cough. Could this be a sign of pneumonia? I have had pneumonia in the past a few times and I also have some nodules on my lungs that was found the last time that I had pneumonia.
