Does Whooshing Sound In Ear Indicates Grommets Are Coming Out?

I have had grommets in my ears for the last 8 months. I just had it checked by my ENT who said one is half way out and covered with wax. Two weeks ago I developed this whooshing sound in my right ear. Could it be because the grommet is coming out. I can't sleep. Should I go back to the ENT ?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand this this is may not be sound that could indicate the sleeping of Grommets still it would be better to examine the ear, and clear the doubt hope this information helps you have nice day.
