Does Vitamin Deficiency Cause Stomach Gas And Nausea?

My wife is experiencing gassiness, upset stomach, nauseated, loose bowel movements and says her urine is very yellow. We recently started a diet that includes meal replacement shakes, plus she primarily eats vegetarian. Could this be a vitamin deficiency?

Hello
her yellow urine and other symptoms warrants detailed examination and a series of investigation

this could be liver disease like hepatitis, gall stone, dehydration or protein rich food

i would advise her to consult a gastroenterologist for through check up and investigations like endoscopy and blood test for hemoglobin CBC liver function test and urine test for microscopic evaluation

Ask her to have plenty of fluids and avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food as well as carbonated drinks

Hope this helps her
wishing her a speedy recovery and happy life
