Does Vitamin D3 Supplement Have Any Side Effects?

hello i was wondering i just started taking 1000iu vitamin D3 suppliments for the past 4 days because my vitamin level was very low. Is there any side effects? ive been feeling nauseated, lightheaded, headache, alittle trouble breathing, or could it be from this or something else? I also do have reflex so could it not be the vitamin and be my reflex?

It is possible that it may be the medication (supplements). Vitamin d supplements can cause nausea, vomiting, fatigue and headache if excess are used. It is not associated with shortness of breath however.

If the symptoms only started with the use of the medication then there is likely a link and you may want to consider discontinuation to see if the symptoms resolve.
If it is related, they should stop within 3 days of discontinuation.
