dear sir, my age is 26 and i am facing ejaculation problem i am using onlyme spray last 3 months and i dont have a problem but sir its good or bad to use or its harm me in my future sex life or not and i am not using condom with my partner we are doing every thing blowjob too its spray effect my partner bcoz of it when she blow job me please suggest me sir in detail

If you are having pre-ejaculation problem then you can do kegel exercise, which you can easily find on internet, and you have to practice it regularly, it will help you in your problem of pre-ejaculation. The spray you are using may help you for a while but no longer helpful. Eat green vegetables, cereals , nuts and drink milk. Iif you have any habit of smoking or any other drug, you have to stop that and for pre-ejaculation you can use Tab Tadalafil 20 mg prior to the act.
