Hello,

Fibroids are muscular growths that happen in and around the uterus. Smaller fibroids tend to shrink at the end of a pregnancy. If you do not have any symptoms, it should not affect your pregnancy. Your Obstetrician should be able to manage you appropriately as it is a common occurrence.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pranav Balakrishnan, General & Family Physician
