Does Taking Minerals, Vitamins, Amino Acids And Fatty Acids Affect The Kidney?

I am taking 90 nutrients ( 60 minerals,16 vitamins, 12 amino acids and 3 fatty acids or omega 3,6,9. I only have my right side kidney-the left one was removed due to renal cancer. can this nutrients effect my good kidney? I weigh 270 and take 2 1/2 ounces a day.

I appreciate your concern. However it is not possible to answer your query unless you let me know the name and dose of the nutrients. For example too much of fat soluble vitamins like A and D can be harmful to the body.
If you eat a wholesome diet, there would be no need for so many extra nutrients.
