Does Taking Forecox Trac At Different Timings Cause Complications?

I have diagnosed with TB for almost 2 months. I took 4 tablets of forecox trac in the morning time before meal. As I set 7:30 am timing for taking pills but I missed the timing about 1 or 2 hours for 1 or 2 days. I want to know is there any issue for timing ?

Hello
As you mentioned that you are taking forecox ( rifampicin, isoniazide, ethambutol and pyrazinamide ) as advised your physician .
Mostly doctor advise this combination at the right time ,so that plasma half life of drugs could be maintained .
1-2 hours delay does not matter but more than this is not good because pharmacological action remain for 24 hours and after this for continuation next dose should be taken.
Another reason is anti tubercular drugs produces multi drug resistant so regular doses are important.
