Does Taking Dexamphetamines And Baldriparan Cause Acne?
I ve combined taking 10-12 tablets of 5mg Dexamphetamines during the day and 2 Baldriparan (with Valarian extract) sleeping tablets during the night, for a week and I wondered if this is the cause of my breakout of acne on my face? I m 26 and have not had acne since I was a teenager.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne on face which occurs when there is allergic reaction to medication, stress, dehydration and when skin pores becomes clogged and clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. You should stop taking these medications. I would suggest you to exfoliate your face once a week and apply aloe vera gel. You should apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day. Oral retinoids are one of the most effective anti acne medicines which are recommended in case of severe or acne unresponsive to other medicines. Drink 8-9 glasses of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course as you are not getting benefited with laser therapy. Cover skin with cloth when exposure to sun.
