General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.

I've gone through your query and I can understand your anxiety.

Chirothin, weight loss diet has side effects like stomach upset features- nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, dizziness, lethargy, bleeding of nose, changes in menstrual cycle etc.

I advice you to consult your doctor in order to adjust the dose intake of diet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Get well soon.

Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya V, General and family physician.
