Does Taking Aspirin And Plavix Together Cause Bleeding In The Throat?

CAN A BABY ASPIRIN AND A PLAVIX EACH DAY CAUSE THE BACK OF THROAT TO BLEED. I VISUALLY SEE IT BLEEDING AT TIMES WHEN I LOOK IN A MIRROR AND PUSH MY TONGUE DOWN. HAVE SOME BLACK STOOL LAST TWO DAYS W/M/72 . USUAL MEDS FOR B/P ,CRESTOR, AND A HIATAL HERNIA.

Hi,

Yes, they can cause bleeding anywhere Plavix and baby Aspirin both causes thinning of blood.
If you have black stool, that is another indication that probably there is some bleeding inside even.
So, I would suggest to urgently talk to your doctor in this regards.
