Does Stuffed Up Nose Indicate Weak Immune System?

I have golf ball sized swelling that has repeated. My doctor drained it once and it has reoccured. I have inserted needle and sucked some out with syringe. Little blood and pus came out but the swelling has not gone down much. It is not painful but rather uncomfortable. Recently my nose is getting stuffed up and feels like my immune system is weakening. This has gone about a week should I be concerned and go see the doctor or my body will heal itself?

Hello.
Thanks for writing.
The swelling described by you may be either nasolabial cyst or a nasal polyp..both can occur recurrently..though it doesn't signify lower immunity but nasal polyp is present in many disease complex.
Secondly Dont prick on ur own ; u may damage ur nasal septum or may injure some veins which can lead to gross bleeding.
I request you to visit an ENT dr Asap.
