Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
On occasion, usually when stresed I suffer rectal bleeding resulting in the need for a liner. May only last one day or less than a day. I also suffer fatigue. FYI, I have food intolerences including fructose, lactose and gluten. Not celiac. The bleeding only occurs when I am stressed and/or eating out/not sticking closely to fructose free diet. Any ideas?
Hello dear, Welcome to HCM. Bleeding is a symptom of a problem in the digestive tract. The main causes of bleeding are related to hemorrhoids, fissures of anus.. The digestive or gastrointestinal (GI) tract includes the esophagus, stomach, small intestine, colon, rectum, and anus. Bleeding can come from any of these areas -- from a small area such as an ulcer on the lining of the stomach or from a more diffuse problem such as inflammation of the colon: -ulcerative colitis, Cron's disease -ulcerative disease of stomach -varicose of esophagus I suggest- 1. tests can detect occult blood in the stool 2.x-ray of stomach 3.consult your gastroenterologist and proctologist 4.take Dicynone 500 1 tablet 3 times 5days and Ascorutin 1 tablet 2 times 1 month 5.Rectal suppository after consulting Take care Dr.Sagar Gaurav Shrivastva
