Does Stint In Leg Cause Problem Running In Marines?
I was in the marines and almost discharged because I could not run very far without severe leg cramps. Due to the fact that I scored so high on the other events, I was not required to run and made an aircraft mechanic and crew chief. This problem persisted throughout my life. Recently, a stint was put in my right leg and a warning that I might have to have one in my left leg due to poor circulation. My question is: Could this be cause of my problem running in the marines
Yes, if you are having poor circulation in your leg than when you will run your leg will not get adequate nutrition and that can cause muscle fatigue, which will put adverse effect on leg causing slowness of your speed. I would suggest you to have consultation with your surgeon as well.
