Does Smoking Aggrevate Sinusitis?

Sir, Age 45 years, male, i am sinusitis patients since 30 years. When I do smoking, ( 2-3 times in 45 days ) , i found that my eosinophils count increase, and got hi alergic problem of runy nose with sticky yellow green mucus. Lots of drain during 20 days. I used frequent antibiotics, anty elergen, and painkillers,with steroid. After 10 to 15 days medication , hot water steam, saline. water wash, treatment I got relief, i do yoga, meditation ,pranaam,swimming, aerobics, So even 2-3 sigrates in 45 days are harmful and causes for acute sinusitis?? Please guide me to live batter life. Thanks
