Does Smoking Marijuana Cause Red Bumps At Back Of Tongue?

I have red bumps from the back of my tongue close to my throat. and i am also getting red bumps on the tongue with a white coating. i recently got it from smoking marijuana for a whole month. and i smoked only 6 cigarettes out of 20. how can i get rid of the bumps? should i be concerned?

The red bumps over the back of the tongue can be a inflamed circumvallate papillae secondary to nutritional deficiency or irritation by smoking. Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get it evaluated.
