I am 56 yr old female,164lbs, my blood pressure was 92/62, I do feel a little light headed and also a headache, is this something to worry about? My blood pressure usually runs 113/77. I am also in stage 3 kidney disease. Do I need to be concerned about this also I have a low grade temp. Which that is a temperature for me ,if It is 99.5 something is going on,because I never run a fever unless I am so sick

Hi welcome to HCM.
Low blood pressure with associated symptoms of lightheadness should be promptly treated.Drugs like Midodrine and Fludrocortisone help in elevation of blood pressure.Complete urine examination along with renal ultrasound can help to locate the source of infection if any.Empirical Antibiotics like Norfloxacin can control the urinary infection if any.A screening 2 dimensional echo can help to evaluate the organic heart lesions.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.
Thank you
