Suggest Treatment For Dizziness, Fatigue And Palpitation

53 yr old female, normal BP is 125/75. Feeling very dizzy, fatigue, heart palpitations. BP is 94/54, heart rate is 52. Eating some chips, drinking Gatorade to get some sodium and electrolytes. Slight headache. This has been going on three days now. I take amlodopine (down to 5 mg since BP has been low on other occasions) and propranolol for migraines. What more can I do? does this need urgent care?
