Does Slight Elevation In Bilirubin Level Cause Dizziness And Drowsiness?

I AM A RELATIVELY HEALTHY 66 YR OLD MALE, 5 10/160LBS. I HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING DIZZINESS, DROWSINESS AND REDUCED MENTAL ACUITY OFF AND ON FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS. A BLOOD TEST RESULT WAS PROVIDED TODAY AND LOOKED GOOD OTHER THAN THE BILI TOTAL WHICH WAS A LITTLE HIGH AT 1.11. BACK IN MARCH OF THIS YEAR IT WAS .80. I DID FAST FOR ABOUT 20 HRS PRIOR TO THIS MOST RECENT BLOOD TEST. IS THERE A POSSIBILITY OF HYPERBILIRUBINEMIA? THANKS! BOB

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, as long as the bilirubin is concern it needs to be completely tested for total, direct and indirect and if found elevated then underlying cause of these could be some biliary disease complete work up may required, hope this information helps.
