Hi,

Siphene is used to treat the female infertility in women who are not able to conceive due to ovulatory problems. Specifically, this medicine does not cause delayed periods and it is not used for this purpose. Though Siphene is very successful in releasing the mature eggs almost in 80% of the women, who use it. Still, it is not a complete infertility treatment. However, successful conceiving rate in women, who use this medicine is about 10-13 % per cycle.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
