Last night I had a very itchy groin, so I scratched and rubbed it hard and made it sore, but I couldn't help it. So I got up and put some cold water on it with a cloth and went back to bed when it stopped. I also looked at it that night too and it just seemed red where my nails raked over the flesh. This morning I wake up, itching is gone, but I can feel a slight soreness, but not on my vagina itself. The flesh between the anus and the bottom of the labia and I can tell I scratched it there. I think. Anyway. I take a bubble bath to let it soak and clean it carefully and I deiced to check on it, because when I walked it felt like something was there. I look and my left inner labia is swollen. I think it's the only thing swollen. I don;t keep record of how large or small everything is. There is no discharge, or smell and it looks fine except for the marks from my nails. Is it because I was rough screaming it and rubbing it last night? Or is this serious?
