General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The typhoid recovery depends upon the intensity of underlying infection, as high titre cases require long period of recovery where as low titre cases get early sero conversion to normal.

However, usual recovery is to be predicted about 2-3 weeks on average case studies with standard care and medications. So still continue further medications, follow diet guidelines and maintain hydration with plenty of liquids to get best results early.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
