Does Prolongled Saslic Application Cause Cystic Acne?

Hi, I have been using retino AC gel and saslic face wash for past 6 months..but now I could see cystic pimples popping out often. Does prolonged used of saslic can cause these pimples? Also I am planning to switch to deriva cms gel and ahaglow face wash..is it a better option?

Acne occurs when sebaceous glands attached to the hair follicles are stimulated at the time of puberty or due to other hormonal changes. Sometimes, cyst forms and it get infected.
1.     Apply Deriva CMS gel locally in face at bed time for 1 month
2.     Stop Saslic face wash. It causes peeling of skin
3.     Doxycycline 50 mg daily per oral for 30 days. If you are pregnant then do not use doxycycline
4.     Use Acne aid soap three times daily for cleaning your face. You can use other over the counter water based face wash
5.     Do not squeeze pimples as it will cause scarring
6.     Keep pimples untouched
7.     Try to avoid use of unbranded cosmetics unnecessarily
8.     Avoid mental stress as it aggravates acne
