Does Presence Of Third Testicle Need Medical Attention?
So I'm. 17 year old guy and last time I checked guys have 2 balls In their ball sack, but when I was checking them if they were I'n good condition I noticed a 3rd smaller ball I'n the sack, is it normal? Why do I have it? Do I got to check it by a doctor?

There is nothing like third testicle.
This can be a cyst of the cord or encysted hydrocele or hernia.
This can be diagnosed by :
Ultrasonography and color doppler examination and clinical evaluation by an Urologist.
Once diagnosed get operated to get a permanent relief and a confirmed diagnosis.
