Sometimes, after undergoing abortion, if there is occurrence of pelvic infection, it could lead to blockage of Fallopian tubes, leading to infertility. Since your periods are regular, there should be more possibility for you to conceive again. Your husband wouldn t know about it, provided you do not disclose your past incident. You are feeling something coming out of vagina because of your consciousness and because of any organic lesion. In case you need to confirm if there is anything, you can get a per speculum examination done by a Gynecologist.
