Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for asking on HCM! I can understand your concern and i am trying to inform you about your query.
The thyroid hormones are not affected by the hormonal changes that occur during different phases of menstrual cycles. Also, it is not necessary to be fasting when checking the thyroid hormones, you may take the blood at any hour of the day. They do not differ with the circadian rhythm.
It is important to check the three hormones TSH, FT4 and FT3 in order to have an accurate diagnosis.
Hope the information is helpful.
Wishing you good health.
