Does Pain In The Uterus Need Immediate Attention?

Hello doctor, im taking progyluton tablets because of my irregular messed up period. I have missed taking them 3 times (They were not consecutive), and i took 2 tablets the day after. And yesterday i forgot to take it, but now i am very concered because my uterus (or the period place) is hurting me a little bit (its not a sign for the next period because the last one ended june-12). So what can i do now to prevent any bad thing? And what would happen? Its 8 am now and im fasting, i will eat at 7 pm. So is it that dangerous that i should cut my fasting right now and take one? And take the other tablet (today s tablet) at night?
