Does No Period With Pains Mean A Sign Of Pregnancy?

Hi i am 25 years old. Since teenage my periods are often irregular. Last time i had period on 19th April & after a week time i had intercourse with my partner using protection. Now its more than one half months my period is due. Since last 7 days i am feeling pain in lower part of the backbone. So please guide what could be the reason & did we make any mistake during intercourse which can result to pregnancy..

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Missed period could be due to the pregnancy as you had sexual intercourse.
Other causes are hormone imbalance, ovarian cyst, endometriosis, thyroid dysfunction.
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and and undergo following investigation:
Urine pregnancy test, blood HCG, USG scan, ovarian follicle study, endometrial biopsy, reproductive and thyroid hormone analysis.
If you will be pregnant then intrauterine pregnancy will be terminated by the abortion pill under the advise of gynecologist.
Period can be induced by the progesterone pill.
Birth control pill will help in regularize the period.
