Does Muscle Pain While Having Positive Thyroid Antibodies Indicate Hashimoto's Disease?

Hi I have controlled hypothyroid since 2006. Recently started having severe muscle pain/fatigue all over. Saw my GP who referred me to a Rheumatologist. Latest labs shows positive thyroid antibodies. Does this mean Hashimoto's disease? What kind of treatment should I expect especially since I take 75 MCG of Levothyroxine daily. These are monthly flare ups I get and they last about 2 weeks. They are very painful and no relief with Ibuprofen, aspirin or Aleve. This seems hopeless because I am getting no answers. Your help is greatly appreciated.
