Does Missed Periods Indicate Pregnancy?

Hi doc. my periods date is 23rd september and i got a physical relation with my husband on 23rd october and now its 3rd november and I am not getting periods. Is there a possibility of pregnancy??
and if yes then how can I treat myself to get the periods

Hi...welcome to hcm...
Yes missed periods can mean you are pregnant.It is adviced you do a urine pregnancy test to confirm.Then if you are pregnant and you want an abortion,then you need to visit your local obstetrician and ask for a medical termination of pregnancy (as per the rules in your country) and then your local doctor can give you abortifacient like mifepristone and misoprostol and watch for complications like excessive bleeding or rupture and then after about 2 weeks can do an ultrasound to confirm complete abortion.
