Does Miscarriage Cause Thick Vaginal Discharge With Tissues?

Could this be a miscarriage? I am always regular 27 or 28 days cycle. I had sex with my partner prior to ovulation till after ovulation every other day. (ttc). I started having sore heavy breasts, back aches, regular headaches, nausea(not always), no apetite for food, feeling pregnant and I have since been taking folic acid. I have done 3 urine test that came back negative, a blood test on the day my period ought to start which was also negative. 6 days passed my period expected date -today. I started having serious cramps (the type dat comes with a drug induced abortion) and thick dark bleeding. I just discovered I passed out a little tissue now and upon cleaning up I discovered black dried little dirts kept coming out. Im so worried I have lost the pregnancy. I am presently thinking of going for a scan but do not know the exact type of scan to tell them I need at the lab. Please help me urgently.

Hi dear... if your urine pregnancy test and blood HCG tests are negative.. six das post your expected period day.. you were certainly not pregnant.Take heart. The tissue and dark stuff that cane were probably just clots being passed and its just a delayed period.But since your trying to conceive,and since your cycles are very regular, dont get worked up, continue the folic acid. You dont need to get a scan for one episode of passing clots.But if its happening every other month in future..and if your bleeding a lot.. post period date.. then I would suggest you to get a scan & thyroid test t3, t4, tsh.Meet your gynaecologist, she would suggest plans to get your endometrium/ (d & c) & periods back to regular.As of now be happy and I think you are just fine. Wait till your next period and if all is fine , continue the ttc. Take care
