hello doctor,myself sujith i have lot of doubts regarding masturbation,im masturbating since 8 yrs and im 23 now,does excess masturbation decreasse sexual apetite and im feeling my penis is weak and im not getting erections so often .i almost lost my morning erections tell me the normal penis size and tell me whether masturbation will weak u both physically and mentally

Hi,

Masturbation may not lead to sexual problems.

It may be due to anxiety neurosis or porn-induced erectile dysfunction or diabetes or infection of genitals etc.

Men who view pornography may need to progressively increase sexual stimulation to feel and remain aroused.

Little weakness is present after masturbation due to releasing of prolactin. It is common in both male and female. But in males, it may release immediately after ejaculation

So don't worry. Avoid watching porn videos, do regular exercise and yoga.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
