I m 17 and masturbate frequently, about 3-4 times a week. i feel restless after doing it and i feel that masturbation may also be the reason for my lean and thin body...and i ve also heard about this thing that guys can become weak lean and thin due excessive masturbation. is it correct? please help, m obsessed with this habbit..
