Masturbating forcefully may cause physical trauma to the tissues in the penis. It can also lead to small tears in the urethra and skin. The foreskin is very thin and can get ulcerated. This might be responsible for pain during urination. It I suggested that you control your masturbation habit and use lubrication jelly.
