Does Lower Tummy Hurts During Constipation?
My stomach hurts really bad. Like it's not just that. It's little pain as spasms like in my lower tummy, vagina, and all over the lower tummy and lower regions. Its like cramps and they hurt bad. I just had one go from my lower tummy to my heart and also get em teaching to my lower back as well. Is this this constipation? Because I can't seem to poop. I try because I know I have to but nothing comes out. What could this be? Help?

Well come to HCM
Abdominal pain that you have may not be due to constipation, because this is only happens when constipation is due to some systemic disease of intestine, else this may be vague and related with some functional elements I would suggest the following medicines to get rid of this,
1) Tab Clinidium with Chlordiazepoxide three times in day
this is nothing to worry, everything would be fine soon, take care.
