Hello dear
Understand your concern
Siphene does not cause cyst. If you will used for more than 6 cycles then there may be possibility of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome in which ovarian enlargement, abdominal swelling, shortness of breathing and GI disturbance will occur but no ovarian cyst.
Your follicle study suggest there is no ovulation.
Sipene is used to induce ovulation. It should be started early in the menstrual cycle and should be continue for the 5 day to induce ovulation.
So it will use in infertility treatment.
You can also take after consulting the gynecologist:
Gonadotropin, IUI, regular follicle study and alternated day sex
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
