Does Intake Of Multiple Medications Cause Heartburn?

I am presently taking prescribed medication, four of them to be exact and they are as follow. 1. Gabapentin 900mg 3 times a day. 2. Baclofen 10mg 3 times a day. 3. Janumet tab 500-1000 2 times a day w/ meals. I am presently experiencing a lot of what I think to be heartburn. Can I take some tums tablets to see if help with what I am calling a heartburn?
