Does intake of Tramadol help in treating myasthenia gravis?

I recently was diagnosed with myasthenia gravis...I have experienced numerous kidney stones throughout my life and am having pain associated with it that I know is a kidney stone . Is it ok to take tramadol for the pain with my disease and the mestinon I take for MG..thanks

hi...
tramadol is not drug of choice in myasthenia gravis..
some study says it is useful by increasing norepinephrine level..but few stusy says it may give rise to maysthenia crisis...
so..in my advise better to avoid tramadol in myasthenia..
