Does Intake Of Taxim For Urine Infection Cause Drowsiness In An Infant?
Hi, My 3 month old son has urine infection which caused fever . The doctor has prescribed Taxim O 50mg 2.5ml-0-2.5ml for 5 days. I noticed that he sleeps better after giving this medicine. Does this medicine have any sedative which results in him sleeping well.
Understanding your concern. As per your query your son is on taxim medicine and you are wondering if this medicine cause drowsiness . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to many reasons , but in your case it is taxim that is causing drowsiness as one of its side effects .
