Urologist 's  Response
Hi, I need to know your age and gender. In young females, urinary infection can be common and if confined to bladder, can be treated with a course of antibiotics. In males, often there is an underlying functional or structural cause that needs to be evaluated and treated. Repeated infections can be due to inadequate treatment, treatment with improper antibiotics, an underlying structural cause (like blocked tubes etc), urinary stones, prostate problems (in males) and so on. Get evaluated by a urologist. Feet swelling may or may not be related to the infections. take care.
