Does Intake Of Carvedilol Cause Dizziness And Acid Reflux?

Hi, I am taking carvedilol 12.5 twice daily.I was told recently this may cause my stomach to empty slower. I have been suffering from reflux. The test done showed this to be true. Also dizziness for a year. All test done for this were negative. I was also told last month that I have cll leukemia. Can this pill be my cause for dizziness and reflux?

Carvedilol can cause dizziness but it does not cause reflux of gastric content. Reflux may be due to gasto-esophageal reflux disease (GERD). In GERD, the contents of the stomach come back into the esophagus causing reflux.
Advice
1.     Omeprazole 20 mg per oral empty stomach in the morning for 10 days
2.     Cinnarizine 25 mg every 8 hours per oral if dizziness is intolerable. Otherwise about it
3.     Continue carvedilol as suggested
4.     Avoid alcohol, smoking, spicy food, and non-steroidal pain killer, coffee, fatty foods, mint, chocolate, tomato-based foods
5.     Avoid eating 3 hours before lying down
6.     Raise the head of your bed
7.     Do not heavily at a time. Divide your meals into smaller portions and eat them frequently during the day
8.     Avoid spicy foods, fatty foods, mint, chocolate, tomato-based foods, coffee, and citrus fruits
